断枝如断臂
       但这棵坚强的树没有喊痛
       它与肆虐的狂风对抗过
       它与侵蚀的病菌战斗过
       它与噬血的虫蚁纠缠过

       它已参透断舍离的奥秘
       如果已没有退路，何不举戈一击
       拼了这条病臂，换来和平和消停
       所有的坚强，都是流血的伤口结的痂
       所有的繁荣，都是抛荒的土地开出的花

       台风过后，我拥抱一棵断枝的树
       真诚地道贺
       贺它塞翁失马，劫后余生
       贺它去除羁绊，一身轻松
       贺它推陈出新，于斯为盛

           The wisdom of a broken tree

       Breaking a branch is like breaking an arm. 
       But this tree is strong enough to take the pain.
       It has fought against the violent wind.
       It’s fought off an erosive pathogen,
       and tangled up with bloodthirsty worms and ants. 

       It has seen through the mystery of giving and gaining.
       If there’s no turning back, why not deliver the last blow .
      And trade this sick branch for peace and quietness. 
      All the strong outer shells are soft bleeding wounds knotted in scars.
      The rebirth of abandoned land brings blooming flowers in return

      After the typhoon, I embrace a tree with a broken branch,
      presenting my sincere congratulations. 
      I congratulate it on its sacrifice and rebirth,
      on being free and easy without burden,
      and on its innovation and flourish without obstacles.
