医生，我浑身难受感觉冰冷
       肌肉和骨骼仿佛在消融
       酸痛给失眠加码
       运动和性爱一样无趣让人疲惫
       吃了补品也没用

       给我点什么药，治好这古怪的病
       一个正直的医生对此司空见惯，显得很平静：
       不用吃药，吃药于事无补
       你只是老了，时间不可战胜
       没有什么比岁月更公平

       你拥有过岁月的宠爱和一切
       本以为美好会无穷无尽
       把短暂当成永恒，挥霍青春
       浪费感情换来一堆纪念品
       谁不是成长后才发现，回头路无处可寻

         Feel the pain as we age

       Doctor, I‘m sick and cold 
       Muscles and bones melting away ,
       aches and pains add to insomnia 
       Exercise is boring and exhausting ,so is sex
       Taking supplements has no positive effect 

       Give me some medicine to cure this strange disease
       An honest doctor knowingly and calmly did say : 
       No need to take medicine, which is of no use
       You‘re just aging and time is invincible you see
       Nothing is more fair than the passing years 

       You have had the years of youth and all,
        which you had thought would be eternal 
        Our youth is squandered whereas our emotion is drained away in exchange for all souvenirs
        We all grow up only to find there is no going back
